Introduction
Recently, the electronic academic record (e-dossier) was introduced for staff evaluations and promotions. This record consists of 4 documents: one editable document and three extracts from Pure, CaLi and the HR system. The general idea is that most of the required information can be extracted from those systems and that researchers can add comments or missing items in the editable file. Please do not abuse this feature: all relevant publications and research-related activities should be in Pure in the first place. This avoids you having to keep and maintain multiple records and thus minimizes the amount of time you need to spend on administration.
Only specific categories of research output and activities are extracted.
